Commodity Mould
The plastic mold can be regarded as composed of some features of the following similar parts.
(1) Forming parts. It is a molding part that directly contacts with the plastic, which determines the shape and dimensional accuracy of the plastic part. It should form the cavity of the part, as shown in the figure above, such as five core 4, female die, etc., which are the main parts of the mold.
(2) Gating system. The gating system is to feed the plastic melt through a set of feeding channels from the nozzle of the injection molding machine or the mold cavity to the mold cavity, including 8 sets of gates and the runner on the parting surface, as shown in the figure above.
(3) Orientation. The guide sleeve positioning system is mainly used to ensure the dynamic and closed of the guide sleeve when the mold is installed, the positioning of the guide sleeve and the guide sleeve on the injection molding machine. In general, when moving or closing, the guide sleeve and positioning of the guide pillar and guide sleeve are often used for or part of the moving module, which is suitable for the positioning of the inner and outer cones: the guide pillar and guide sleeve of the push plate are often used for the guidance of the launching mechanism. As shown in the figure above, the guide positioning of the guide pin 3 and the guide hole on the template 10, etc.
(4) Starting mechanism. The push out mechanism is used to push out or pull out the parts from the forming parts and the flow channel during the mold process and the flow condensation. As shown in the figure above, the launching mechanism is composed of push rod, pull rod 21, push plate fixing plate and push plate 14 15.
(5) Side core pulling mechanism. The side parting core pulling mechanism is used to punch the concave hole or the upper side of the core before the die is pushed out. The 45 side parting core pulling mechanism is not set in the figure above.
(6) Exhaust system. The exhaust system is used to exhaust the air inside the mold cavity and the gas discharged from the structure of the plastic itself during the molding process
(7) Cooling and heating devices. The design of cooling and heating device is to meet the requirements of mold temperature device forming process.
(8) Supports and fixings. The assembly, positioning and connection of main bearing and fixing parts are shown in the figure above
